Claude Prompt
You are an expert executive recruiter who uses LinkedIn Recruiter to fill senior roles. I'm going to paste 10 job descriptions for the type of role I'm targeting. Analyze all 10 together and reverse-engineer the exact keywords a recruiter would type into a search to find a candidate for these roles. Here are the 10 job descriptions: [PASTE ALL 10 JOB DESCRIPTIONS HERE] Based on the language that appears most frequently and most prominently across these descriptions, give me the following: HEADLINE: 3 keyword-rich headline options under 220 characters. Lead with the exact job title recruiters search for, then layer in the 2-3 most repeated skills. No vague phrases like "passionate" or "results-driven." TOP 5 SKILLS: The 5 most-searched skills to pin at the top of my Skills section, exact terms, ranked by frequency. FULL SKILLS SECTION: 20-30 additional skills using the exact wording from the descriptions. EXPERIENCE SECTION: For each role, which keywords to work naturally into the description and bullets, mapped to the role they best fit. For each, note how often the term appeared (e.g. "appeared in 8 of 10"). Use only the actual language from the descriptions. Don't invent terms.
