If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase any products.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," "Student") and Career Solutions Group LLC ("CSG," "we," "us," "our"), a Tennessee limited liability company operated by Chris Stambolidis.

All courses are delivered digitally through the Kajabi platform. Course content includes pre-recorded video modules, downloadable documents, AI prompt templates, and other digital resources.
To purchase and access courses, you must create an account on our platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase courses.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We offer the following payment options:
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed. Promotional or launch pricing may be offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
For installment plans, you authorize recurring charges according to the payment schedule selected at checkout. If a scheduled payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend access to course materials until payment is received.
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased course(s) through your account on the Site. Course content is hosted on the Kajabi platform and is accessible via web browser on desktop and mobile devices.
Lifetime Access: All course purchases include lifetime access to the course content, including any future updates or additions we make to the modules, templates, or resources. "Lifetime access" means for as long as the course remains available on our platform.
Live Strategy Sessions: If purchased, 1:1 Live Strategy Sessions are scheduled through our booking system (Acuity Scheduling). Sessions are 60 minutes in length and conducted via video call. Scheduling is subject to availability.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any course purchases.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course content, contact us at support@careersolutionsgroup.org and we will work to resolve the issue.
All course content, including but not limited to video recordings, written materials, AI prompt templates, frameworks, methodologies, documents, graphics, and other resources provided through our courses are the intellectual property of Career Solutions Group LLC and are protected by copyright law.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and access without refund, and may subject you to legal action.
Our courses include AI prompt templates designed for use with third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms. These prompts are proprietary to CSG and are provided as part of your course purchase.
We are not responsible for the output generated by third-party AI tools. AI-generated content should be reviewed, edited, and personalized by you before use. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of AI prompts, as outputs may vary based on the AI platform used, your input, and other factors.
Our courses provide education, frameworks, and tools for career development purposes. While our methodologies have been used successfully with 1,800+ clients, we do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to:

CSG provides career coaching and job search strategy services. We are not an employment agency, staffing firm, or recruiter. We do not place candidates in positions or guarantee employment.
Our coaching and course content is educational in nature and should not be construed as professional legal, financial, or employment advice. For specific legal or financial matters related to your employment, consult with a qualified professional.
Course students who later enroll in a 1:1 coaching package may be eligible to receive a partial credit of their course investment toward the coaching package. The amount of credit applied is determined at CSG's sole discretion and is not guaranteed. This offer may be modified or discontinued at any time.
When using the Site, including any community features, comment sections, or communication tools that may be added in the future, you agree not to:

The Site uses third-party services including but not limited to Kajabi (course hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Acuity Scheduling (session booking), and Mailchimp (email communications). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career Solutions Group LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, courses, or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Career Solutions Group LLC, Chris Stambolidis, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of course materials, or infringement of any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or by posting a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to course materials at any time if you violate these Terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support@careersolutionsgroup.org. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund for any purchased courses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us directly at support@careersolutionsgroup.org.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
